TRACEIT™ PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us and this policy represents our commitment to safeguard and protect your personal information. This policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs use of the *.TraceIT.co (the “Site”), the TraceIT mobile applications (the “App,” including the TraceIT, Driver Edition and TraceIT Workforce Management mobile application) and the corresponding services (together with the Site and App, the “Services”), all of which are hosted in the United States, whether accessed via computer, mobile device, telephone, or other technology. The Services are provided by TraceIT LLC., a Texas limited liability corporation (“TraceIT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy governs our collection of information from you, whether as a visitor to the Site, a Driver, a Dispatcher or Customer (“you,” “your” or a “user”), through your use of the Services. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand our online privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content on, or privacy practices of, any non-TraceIT website to which the Services links or that links to the Services. By using the Services, you are giving us permission to use and store such information consistent with this Privacy Policy. Any terms not defined within this document are defined in the TraceIT Terms of Service or TraceIT Mobile App Terms of Service.
Please read the following carefully to learn more about what information we collect, what we do with that information, and how we may use your personal information. We value your comments about our privacy statement and invite you to e-mail us with inquiries, suggestions and complaints at the contact information below.
Information Collected
We may receive your information through our website, account creation, email communications, or other interactions with the Services. When using the Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure or other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Types of Information is Collected. In administering the Services, TraceIT may collect from you Personal Information and non-Personal Information. Personal Information is information, that by its very nature, can be tracked back to you as that user (“Personal Information”). Some example of this type of information includes your name, business name, address, phone number, email address, and driver license number. Non-Personal Information, on the other hand, is information that is considered insufficient to be able linked back to the original user.
How Information is Collected. To administer the Services, enhance your user experience, and improve the Services, we collect information about you from two sources: (i) information that you affirmatively give to us; and (ii) information that we automatically collect when you use the Services. Third parties, like payment processors, geo-location service providers, sales and marketing affiliates, and IT hosting partners may also collect your information in connection with your use of the Services unless you refuse to consent to the disclosure of information to third parties.
Information You Affirmatively Give Us. In using the Services, you may directly provide us with information. This refers to information offered in connection with creating an account, signing up to receive notices from Drivers or Dispatchers, subscribing to a mailing list, or obtaining customer support. We may also ask for information (including a credit card number and billing address) from users who make a purchase or conduct other transactions for our Services. The information supplied helps us to provide the Service requested and offer you more personalized features. Supplying such information is entirely voluntary. If you choose not to supply information requested, however, we may be unable to provide you with the Services.
Information Automatically Collected. Like other websites or apps, we also may collect and store information that is generated automatically as you navigate through our Services. We may collect information about your visit from the browser on your computer or mobile device including but not limited to the time and date you access the Services, your geographic location (more info below), device information (more info below), IP address, cookies and the pages you request — to analyze trends, administer the Services, track navigation of the site, deliver relevant advertisements and gather broad anonymized information for aggregate use (note that IP addresses are not linked to “personally identifiable information”). We use this information to improve understanding of customer needs and provide relevant services. To automatically collect information, we use various technologies including:
Cookies. Cookies are small data files that a website you visit may save on your hard drive that usually includes an anonymous unique identifier. The cookie does not personally identify the user; it merely identifies the computer with which the user accesses the Services. Unless a user voluntarily identifies himself or herself (through registration, for example), the Services will not be able to ascertain the identity of the user, even if a cookie is assigned to a user’s computer. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information supplied by a user. A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive, pass on computer viruses, or capture your e-mail address. The Services use cookies for user authentication, keeping track of your preferences, promotional campaigns that require user identification, keeping track of our audience size and traffic patterns, and in certain other cases. You can configure your browser to accept cookies, reject cookies or notify you when a cookie is being used; however, if you do so it may render your computer unable to take advantage of the personalized features enjoyed by other users of the Services. Cookies allow us to provide better security on the Services, to customize the content, to track purchases, and to keep the Services working properly.
Third Party Analytics Services. We use various analytics services to better understand how visitors interact with our Services. These services may track the time spent on a screen, the amount scrolled on a given page, and other similar information. These services may also assist us in tracking IP addresses and geographic location. These third parties may provide aggregated reports for TraceIT’s use. When we use these third-party services that support our delivery of the Services, we require that they protect your information to the same standards we do.
Device Data. When you use the Services, we may collect or receive device data about the device you are using to access the Services, including your device type (e.g., tablet, smartphone), operating system, IP address, network provider, mobile carrier, mobile browser type, timestamp, time zone, information about the speed, bearing, orientation, and altitude of a device, or other device-identifying information. Device identification may be provided through a third party.
Location Based Services. In order to provide effective workforce management solutions to Dispatchers, and turn by turn directions to Drivers, we need to track certain geographic data. When using the Services, especially the App, you acknowledge and agree that your geo-location information will be provided to TraceIT during your use of the Services. Your geo-location information may be obtained by TraceIT while the Services are running; and (b) your approximate location will be displayed to a Dispatcher before and during the provision of Delivery Services. In addition, TraceIT and its affiliates may monitor, track and share with third parties your geo-location information obtained by the Services for safety and security purposes. Location based services may be provided through a third party.
Uses of Your Information
We will use the information you provide to us for a variety of purposes, including to:
- provide you with communications from a Driver, Dispatcher or Customer,
- contact you for customer service requests,
- contact you to inform you of important changes or additions to our Services,
- send you administrative notices, offers and any other communications that we believe may be of interest to you,

The information we collect is kept for the time necessary to carry out the service or purpose described in this policy. You may withdraw your permission and prevent our use of your information by contacting us directly at support@TraceIT.co.
Sharing of Information
We don’t give your Personal Information to any third-party services, except when it’s necessary to provide services (like when we partner with payment processors). When we share data with third-party services that support our delivery of the Services, we require that they protect your Personal Information to the same standards we do. We do reserve the right to disclose Personal Information when we believe that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or law enforcement, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect our legal rights.
Please see below for how we may share your Personal and non-Personal Information.

We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.
Non-Personal Information and Aggregate Data
TraceIT may share with third parties your non-Personal Information and related aggregated data. Because this form of data does not identify particular users, these third parties will not be able to contact you based solely on this data. For example, we may share aggregated usage data from our Users or may share IP addresses or general demographic information of our users to provide anonymous aggregated data to business partners about the volume of use on the Services and the opportunities in which Users are most interested. Additionally, TraceIT may share your location with a third party geo-location and map services company. This information shall be shared anonymously with the service provider, but the location information will be shared with identifiable information to a Driver, Dispatcher or Customer.

Therefore, any information you transmit to us is sent at your own risk.
Security Breach Notices

On request, we will give you a copy of all the Personal Information about you that we hold. This information is subject to a fee not exceeding the prescribed fee permitted by law.

In addition, you should be aware that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons.
